Privacy Policy

Last updated: 11 July 2026

This policy explains what personal data Genvora collects when you use genvora.net or work with us, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

Who we are

Genvora ("we", "us") is a B2B services provider offering digital marketing, website development, accounting & finance, and AI & automation services. For anything in this policy, contact us at contact@genvora.net.

Data we collect

  • Information you give us — when you submit the contact form (name, work email, company, message), book a call, or email us.
  • Engagement data — if you become a client: billing details, contract information, and the data reasonably required to deliver the agreed services.
  • Usage data — pages visited, approximate location (city level), device and browser type, collected via Google Analytics using cookies and similar technologies.
  • Chat data — messages you send through our website chat (provided by Crisp), plus the page you were on when you wrote to us.

How we use it

  • To respond to enquiries and provide the services you request.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the website.
  • To invoice, collect payment, and maintain accounting records.
  • To send service communications. We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing email without consent.

Third-party processors

We use a small number of service providers who process data on our behalf: Netlify (website hosting), Google Analytics (usage analytics), Crisp (website chat), Calendly (call scheduling), and our payment gateway for processing payments. Each processes data under its own privacy terms and our instructions. Payment card details are handled entirely by the payment gateway — we never see or store them.

Cookies

We use cookies for analytics (Google Analytics) and for the chat widget to keep your conversation across pages. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will continue to work.

Retention

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact. Client engagement and billing records are kept for as long as required by tax and accounting law. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics default settings.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email contact@genvora.net — we respond within 30 days.

International transfers

We serve clients in the UK, US, Canada, and Australia, and our processors may store data in these or other regions. Where data crosses borders, we rely on our processors’ standard contractual safeguards.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to client data is limited to team members who need it for delivery, under confidentiality obligations.

Changes to this policy

We will post any changes on this page and update the date above. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated directly.
