Genvora started because the same story kept showing up in our intake calls. A 60-person SaaS company had a marketing agency in Lisbon, a web team in Kiev, a bookkeeper in their hometown, an offshore data-entry vendor no one had visited, and an AI consultant who only worked Tuesdays. Five vendors, five contracts, five sources of finger-pointing on every bad week.
